For optimum program entry it is recommended that you use Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome as your browser.  

It has been reported to us that if you are using Internet Explorer 8 as your browser,  you may only be able to scroll down so far when you are entering your program details.   There may be a green box at the bottom of the screen which appears to block entry of the remainder of your information.   The entry screen might look similar to this:

If this happens,  you should be able to use the "tab" key and this will then take you through the fields to the bottom of the screen.    After you hit tab the other fields should appear each time you tab to the next field so it should look similar to this if you use the "tab" key:
