 Located in Detroit’s Cultural Center, the College for Creative studies is a recognized leader in art and design education and prepares students to enter the new, global economy where creativity shapes better communities and societies. The College offers Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees in 11 majors. CCS’s Continuing Education Department offers evening and weekend certificate and diploma programs and noncredit courses for professionals, adults, precollege students and young artists, as well as custom training for professional and corporate groups. The Community Arts Partnership takes the arts to Detroit public schools through its outreach programs and invites schools to the College for creative career workshops and tours.
